Vendor Registration Ends - May 20, 2024

If you are wishing to register as a vendor, please do so by 12:00pm MDT on May 20, 2024. Once registration is closed, it will not reopen.

The NaTMEC conference planning committee is happy to announce the opening of general vendor registration. The registration page can be found here.

NOTE: If paying by check, the service fee does not apply, but will show up in the balance. Make the check out for the amount without the service fee. Checks must be received within 21 days of registration or registration will be considered void and selected spot released.

The following is the vendor pricing. For details on what each level provides, please see the vendor level document.

• Fire Opal: $7,500 (6 Available)

• Bruneau Jasper: $5,000 (6 Available)

• Clearcreek Topaz: $3,000 (20 Available)
